Money really does grow on trees...

Christopher was given a child sponsorship as a present from his God mother. He wanted to know how to help boazi his new Tananian friend and the community he lived in. Christopher set up a stall by the bus stop in his village of Epperstone to sell money trees and raise awareness of Tanania. Christopher raised £75 the money was put towards planting trees in Mbeya..

The last few years have seen lots of trees being cut down to make room for housing. The results have had an additional impact on climate change. The air quality is not as good and Mbeya tends to be very dusty. As a result many children suffer from asthma and bronchial problems. The aim is to plant trees into some of the schools we are working in. They would also provide much needed shade .
